Anthony has accepted an offer to be in Roundabout Theatre Company's new Broadway revival of PAL JOEY at Studio 54. The show, starring Christian Hoff (JERSEY BOYS), Stockard Channing, and Martha Plimpton, will be directed by Joe Mantello with music direction by Paul Gemignani, and choreography by Graciela Daniele. Anthony was on as Lancelot in SPAMALOT at the Shubert Theatre Tuesday- Thursday in what may well be his last appearances onstage in the show. He finishes his 22 months (10 months on the National Tour and 12 months on Broadway) with the show on Sunday evening, July 13.

Anthony will be performing two comedic songs in GEORGIA STITT & FRIENDS at 7:00p.m., as part of the long-running, Nightlife-winning concert series Broadway at Birdland. Other featured performers will include Kate Baldwin (Wonderful Town, Thoroughly Modern Millie), Lauren Kennedy (Spamalot), Keith Byron Kirk (The Civil War), Jennifer Simard (Spelling Bee, Shrek) and Elizabeth Salem. Performances include talented musicians Victoria Paterson on violin and Randy Landau on bass. Composer Georgia Stitt will be singing and playing songs from her new album, This Ordinary Thursday, as well as tunes from several upcoming shows she has written. Anthony will perform as part of an evening entitled WELCOME TO MY LIFE, celebrating the work of composer-lyricist Bobby Cronin (who directed Anthony's first professional theatrical production in 2002), to be presented at the Duplex Cabaret Theatre at 9:30pm on Sunday, March 2.

Anthony will be playing the role of Redbrook in a concert reading of George Bernard Shaw's CAPTAIN BRASSBOUND'S CONVERSION, as part of Gingold Theatrical Group's ongoing, critically acclaimed reading series, Project Shaw.   Also appearing in the reading will be David Lansbury, Veanne Cox, Lenny Wolpe, Tyler Maynard, George S. OUR BUNDLE OF EXTRAORDINARY JOY, the short film Anthony starred in last year, has been accepted at various film festivals.  It has been an official selection at the Hawaii International Film Festival, Charlotte Film Festival, Atlanta Underground Film Festival, and No Festival Required (Arizona).  It also won the Audience Award at the Brooklyn Rooftop Film Festival.  Anthony and Clay Harper, the writer/director, are co-producing the feature version of the film, which is in development now.  They are planning to go into production on the film sometime in early-to-mid 2007.  Anthony will be reprising his starring role in the feature.

He will be the standby for the roles of King Arthur, Sir Lancelot, Sir Galahad, Sir Bedevere, and Sir Robin. He will be in rehearsals until the end of the month, officially joining the company on October 1.

Anthony, along with Mark Price (All Shook Up) and Nerds castmates Jeremy Ellison-Gladstone and Trisha Rapier, performed the "Windows Rap" from Nerds as part of the New York Musical Theatre Festival's "Best of the Fest" Birthday Bash. Celebrating the Festival's overwhelming success in its first two years, the show featured some of audiences' favorite songs from its short history. Hosts and other performers included Broadway notables Gary Beach ( The Producers, La Cage), John Lloyd Young (Jersey Boys), Karen Ziemba (Tony winner for Contact), Kerry Butler (Little Shop, Hairspray), Ann Harada (Ave Q), Jeffry Denman ( White Christmas, The Producers), Amy Spanger (The Wedding Singer), Jenn Gambatese (Tarzan, All Shook Up) and Tituss Burgess (Jersey Boys). Anthony will be performing in a concert reading of The Gifts of the Magi, a musical version of the famous O. Henry Christmas story with book and lyrics by Mark St. Germain and music by Randy Courts. Anthony, along with Leslie Kritzer, Marya Grandy, Tracy Jai Edwards, and Cathy Trien, represented THE GREAT AMERICAN TRAILER PARK MUSICAL by performing at the 17th Annual Gypsy of the Year show at the Neil Simon Theatre. TRAILER PARK also received the award for collecting the most donation money for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS of any Off-Broadway show. TRAILER PARK opens previews Saturday, August 20, and officially opens on Thursday, September 15.

Anthony is currently in rehearsals for two films: SUMMER DAYZ, an independent feature film in which he plays the ironically named character Anthony, and OUR BUNDLE OF EXTRAORDINARY JOY, playing the lead role of Paul. ...JOY shoots Aug. 16-21 in NYC and Connecticut, and DAYZ will shoot intermittently throughout the latter part of August and the beginning of September. Look for both films on the festival circuit next year!
